The newsletter for standing out in the age of AI
The editorial
What happens when every employee at every company in a given industry, facing the same problems, inevitably asks the same questions to the same probabilistic model? Unsurprisingly, they get largely the same answers.
It’s June 2026. Every individual (and by extension every company) now uses LLMs massively and daily. Adoption has been abrupt; the effects of these new behaviors will show up later. This major shift in how we work is emergent and immature: we’re all in R&D mode. There’s no standard yet, no tangible ground to stand on for practical certainty. But that shouldn’t stop us from thinking about it! Quite the opposite: now is the time to place bets! We need to allow ourselves to imagine, try, create, explore, making these new tools our own with intention and a spirit of play, never out of herd mentality. Why does this matter so much?
Why am I convinced that every organization has a duty to develop a truly singular approach to AI?
To keep existing.
Simple as that.
And, before that: so its services don’t turn into a valueless commodity. To keep thriving, the modern company needs to operate with a system built to create differentiation. That’s exactly the ground I’m setting out to break.
I chose email as the format. The fruit of my thinking, research, and experiments. Nothing more. Nothing less.
